The perfect fit is when the belt fastens at the third or fourth hole, leaving just the right amount of excess for a balanced proportion.

Method 1: Exact Measurement (The Best Option)

Take a belt you already wear and fits well.
Lay it flat on a surface.
Measure from the buckle to the hole you use most often.
That number in inches is your belt size.

Example: If the measurement is 36 inches, your correct belt size is 36.

Method 2: Use Your Pant Size (Quick & Functional)

Take your pant size.
Add two sizes to get your belt size.

Example:

If you wear size 32 pants, your belt size should be 34.
If you wear size 36 pants, your belt size should be 38.

If you're between sizes, always opt for the larger one—a longer belt can be adjusted, but a short one has no solution.
