This campaign will run November 26–30 with early access, leading into Black Friday (Nov 28–30) and rolling directly into Cyber Monday (Dec 2).

It will be managed primarily via Klaviyo emails, SMS flows, and Meta Ads retargeting.

• Returning subscribers: Already on the email list - receive a 15% off coupon code via email (cannot be combined).

• New subscribers: Must sign up for both SMS & email - receive 20% off + free monogram on first purchase.

• Meta Ads will run dual creative versions; one retargeting existing subscribers with the 15% email offer, and one targeting new users promoting 20% off + free monogram for sign-ups.

• Early Access (Nov 26–27): Emails and Meta Ads will announce “Early Access Now Live” with sign-up incentives.

• Cyber Monday (Dec 1 extended to Dec 2): Will follow immediately after Black Friday ends, with a sitewide 15% off discount applied automatically (no codes required).
