1. Identity, Payment & Subscription Verification
• Orders exceeding $500 may require additional identity verification before processing.
• Customers must subscribe to our mailing list for security and purchase verification purposes.
• If a customer unsubscribes before their order is verified, additional verification may be required, or the order may be canceled and refunded.
• If we are unable to verify your identity or subscription within 3 business days, your order may be canceled and refunded.
2. Shipping & Delivery
• High-value orders will only be shipped to the verified billing address associated with the payment method.
• Signature confirmation will be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
3. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
• Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to law enforcement and payment processors.
4. Final Sale & Refund Policy
• All high-value purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
• Refunds and exchanges will only be granted under our official refund policy.
