I will not film, photograph, or copy any processes, techniques, or designs without prior written authorization from Danilos.

Use of Content
I will not publish images, articles, or content related to the visit without prior approval from the Danilos communications team.

Conduct
I will follow the instructions of the assigned guide and will not enter restricted areas without prior authorization.

Ethical Commitment
I understand that this tour is part of the mission of the Danilo’s Cares Foundation to preserve Honduran artisan heritage, and I commit to participating with respect and integrity.

CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

This tour includes access to proprietary areas of design and manufacturing. All guests must agree to:

  • No photography or filming unless approved in writing 
  • No sketching, copying, or documenting production processes
  • No sharing of designs, patterns, or techniques with third parties
  • No attempt to replicate our methods or engage with competing manufacturers

A signed confidentiality agreement will be required before the visit begins.

CULTURAL SENSITIVITY & PUBLIC REPRESENTATION

All organizations must:

  • Describe Danilos as a cultural heritage company, not a commercial factory
  • Request permission before publishing articles, images, or press related to the visit
  • Avoid publishing layout photos, names of staff, or strategic business information
