Father’s Day 2025 – Discount & Shipping Terms

This promotional offer is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

1. Eligibility & Timing

• The promotion is valid from May 19 2025, at midnight ET through June 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
• This offer is available only to customers who complete online registration during the promotional period.

2. Discount Structure

• Registered customers are eligible to receive 15% off one (1) full-price men’s accessory.
• If the order includes additional qualifying items beyond the first, those items are eligible for a 10% discount, provided that registration is complete.
• The 15% discount is extended to both new and returning customers during this promotional period only.
• The discount—whether 10% or 15%—may be applied to only one (1) qualifying item per order.

3. Shipping Terms

Free standard shipping applies only when:

• The total order value (pre-tax and post-discount) is $400 USD or more, and
  
• The customer has completed registration and complies with all applicable terms.
  
  

Free shipping applies to the item receiving the 15% discount and up to $400. All other items in the same order will be subject to standard shipping rates and applicable surcharges.

Orders below $400 may still qualify for the 15% discount on one item, but will not receive free shipping.

Expedited shipping options, where selected, are billed at published carrier rates and are not eligible for a discount.

4. Product & Quantity Limits

• The discount is valid for a single SKU classified under “Men’s Accessories.”
• Limit one (1) discounted item per registered account. Additional quantities of the same or other products will be charged at full price, 10% off if it applies, subject to any standard (non-promotional) adjustments.

5. Exclusions

The 15% discount does not apply to the following:

• Personalized, engraved, embroidered, or otherwise custom-made items
  
• Gift cards, e-gift certificates, sale or clearance merchandise, or items marked “excluded from promotions”

Personalized items, though excluded from the 15% offer, may still be eligible for the standard 10% registration discount if all other criteria are met.

All personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Discount Stacking & Combination

The 15% Father’s Day discount may not be combined with:

• Any other site-wide or category-specific promotions (e.g., percentage-off, dollar-off, BOGO, or bundles)
  
• Third-party coupons, price-matching, loyalty redemptions, or employee/affiliate discounts
  

Only one (1) free-shipping code may be applied per order, and it must be used only on the same item or items adding up to $400, receiving the 15% discount. All additional items will incur standard shipping charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds will be issued based on the net price paid after the discount.
• If an item receiving the 15% discount is returned and the remaining order value falls below the $400 threshold, any shipping benefit may be revoked, and related charges may be deducted from the refund.
• Customized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. General Provisions

This offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice due to error, fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
